After consideration,I decide that the blog mods(with reference to the blog jobs post),should also be admins to carry out their slav- er.. duties.So from now on:

Will be sub-admins,that means they can do wad Admins do BUT they cannot handle anything that can permanently affect the blog e.g. DELETING.Btw,u two are NOT allowed to use the sub-admin authority to screw up/fool around/cause apocalypse/mess up/ruin the blog,(only I can do that).So any other ppl wan volunteer to be a blog mod?(See blog jobs post for list of available jobs).
